- Bulls continue to play an important roll in low or moderate herd reproductive performance
- Bull breeding soundness exams (fertility exams) are our best tool to understand bull fertility and help ensure we are using bulls that we perform well.
- Bull breeding soundness exams today may not be complete, often are performed with poor equipment, are performed by well meaning yet with a low level of expertise, and are therefore often the source of a false scene of security
Our Goal is to help veterinarians and cow-calf producers work together to learn, to have access to better tools and equipment, and to create programs and resources for improving bull fertility and cow-calf reproductive performance.
